At Creative Backdrops Store, we take pride in delivering quality custom products. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, please review our policy below.

Custom Product Policy :

Due to the made-to-order nature of our custom backdrops, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., typos in names or dates)

Color discrepancies due to monitor variations

Please double-check all design proofs and order details before final approval.

Damaged or Defective Items :

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. To qualify:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery

Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

Keep the original packaging for inspection if needed

Once reviewed and approved, we will process a replacement or refund.

Return Eligibility :

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-custom, unused items in original condition. Custom backdrops are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return :

Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Refund Processing :

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged Orders :

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We’ll work quickly to replace or refund the item.

Order Cancellation :

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, production begins, and cancellations may not be possible.

Refund Processing :

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
