At Creative Backdrops Store, we are committed to delivering your custom backdrops safely and on time. Below are the details of our shipping process:

Order Processing:

All backdrops are made to order. Production takes 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

We ship within the U.S. using trusted carriers like UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional cost)

Delivery time starts after production is complete.

Shipping Rates :

Our rates are based on order weight:

Up to 10 lbs: Free shipping

Over 10 lbs: $5 flat shipping fee

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking :

You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and correct shipping address. We’re not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.

Shipping Restrictions :

We don’t ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We only ship within the United States.

Delivery Delays :

Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, peak seasons, or carrier issues.

Lost or Damaged Packages :

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence (if applicable). We'll assist with a replacement or claim.
